Whether in the social, economic or privat sector, globalisation is gaining more and more presence in our work and daily life. The need to merge with multicultural teams and communicate constructively is therefore becoming inevitable in order to work effectively and profitably. This process of communicating sometimes becomes a challenge. Through cross cultural and diversity management training I try to open doors of new perspectives and assist people to step beyond their own preconceived ideas to meet challenges and turn them into opportunities. This will be practised through interactive exercises and fed in case studies from the attendees. All trainings are conceptualised to meet the needs of the target groups and can be moderated accordingly.


Consulting

In a rapidly growing economy where the work within firms and societies are mainly based on competition, a high level of tension might arise between colleagues, employees, and even family members and friends. In order to loosen this tension and maintain a healthy and productive environment, it is essential to master a constructive way of communication in order to manage anger and deescalate tension. Whether in teams or in peers, I offer hands-on methods to practice constructive communication to overcome and prevent conflicts. These consulting sessions are based on a joint understanding of all parties involved to follow a joint longterm process of development .


Coaching

Whether young and puzzled about the next step into the professional future or changing stations in the middle of a longstanding career way, I assist in drawing new lines, brainstorming ideas and empathise your own competences and match them with accurate perceptions of new beginnings.
